RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION 6413 ENTITLED IN PART nRESOLUTION .
ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN. . .n PROVIDING
FOR THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION SECTIONS AND SUBSECTIONS;
AND CHANGING THE HOURLY RATE FROM $3.1000 TO $3.3500 FOR
THE PART TIME CLASSES OF LOCKER ATTENDENT, SENIOR
SERVICES AIDE, AND CROSSING GUARD EFFECTIVE JUNE 10, 1985,
TO CONFORM TO THE FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Nine is
amended to read as follows:
SECTION NINE: General, Middle-Management, Management/-
Confidential Employees: Classes of employment shall be
compensated in accordance with Section Eight hereof as
set forth in the following Sections 10,11,12, and 13".
Classes of employment, which are included in the
unclassified service pursuant to the City Charter or
other action of the City Council, are designated with
the letter (0).
