STAFF REPORT
BID SPEC: F-85-16
The proposed contract is for complete demolition of 8 buildings at
808 N. "F" Street, Assessor's No. 2428.
At the request of the Superintendent of Building And Safety a formal bid
was administered for complete demolition of the site. Bids were publicly
opened and declared on April 23, 1985. Three bids were received.

RESOLUTI ON NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR THE COMPLETE DEMOLITION OF 8 BUILDINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIF-
ICATION NO. F-85-16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT L. KELLY DEMOLITION
is the lowest and best bidder for the demolition of 8 buildings
located at 808 No. "F" Street - San Bernardino, CA. at a total cost
of $19,050.00
in accordance with Specification No. F-85-16; that all other bids
therefor are hereby rejected; that the contract therefor is here-
by awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San
Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
at a
