Resolution No. 86-162 approved awarding contact to Signal Construction Co. for the low bid of $61,903.00. 03-17-86 05-05-86 Recommen-:led motion: That Change Order No. One to the contract with Signal Construction Corporation, for modernization of traffic signals at Baseline Street and t1uscott Street and at Sixth Street and "D" Street, in accordance with Plan No. 6657, be approved; to authorize the Contractor to install three additional traffic control loops, install a Type III Electrical service, and install approximately 110' of 1-1/2" rigid conduit for a cost not to exceed $2,800.00. The Type III electrical service will further update and modernize the service at this intersection. One circuit will be for the unmetered street lights with 40 amp service and the other circuit will be for traffic signals with 30 amp metered service. 3.
