DESIGNATING AND 3 AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ACT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY TO APPLY FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT FOR ANY INJURED OR 4 ILL PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER. . . If, AND CHANGING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE DISABILITY AND REHABILITATION COMMITTEE. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 6 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 84-139 Section Two is amended to 8 read as follows: 9 "SECTION TWO.
