ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-30, AN IRREGULARLY- SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 132 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF I STREET AND A FRONTAGE OF 35 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF J STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 217 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF HAZEL STREET). THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 2.3 acres having a frontage of approximately 132 feet on the west side of I Street and a frontage of 35 feet on the east side of J Street and being located approximately 217 feet south of the centerline of Hazel Street, is rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple-Family Residential District to PRD-14u Planned Residential Development District. (PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND FIFTY-FOUR, PETITION NO. 84-30.) SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance.
