Recommended motion:
That the City Engineer and City Clerk are authorized to proceed with initiating
proceedings for the establishment of an assessment district under the provisions
of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code and that the City Engineer
is directed to prepare an Engineer's Report for the construction and installation
of curbs, gutters, paving, culverts, berms, water lines, street lights and all
incidentals thereto in Lassen Street, North of Baseline Street in the City of San
Bernardi no.

STAFF REPORT
A petition has been received by this office requesting the formation of an
assessment district for construction and installation of curbs, gutters,
paving, culverts, berms, water lines, street lights and all incidentals thereto
in Lassen Street, North of Baseline Street. The signatures affixed to the re-
ferenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100%
of the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district
to be assessed for the proposed improvements.
