Synopsis of Previous Council action:
None.
Recommended motion:
That the Director of Emergency Services & Risk Management, be authorized
to settle Risk Management File 80A-017/Superior Court Case No. 198473,
in the sum of $9,519.41, as a full and complete release as one-third (1/3)
of the Award of Arbitrator Judge William Friedrich, (Retired) in the matter
of Brenda Johnson, et al. -vs- City of San Bernardino, et al., for injuries
received on or about October 31, 1979, in the area of 2775 Genevieve, City
of San Bernardino; when claimant stepped into a deep hole covered by grass,
on City of San Bernardino property.
