ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-24, GENERALLY DESCRIBED
AS AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATEL
2.3 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 132 FEET ON THE WEST
SIDE OF "I" STREET AND A FRONTAGE OF 35 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF
"J" STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 217 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF HAZEL STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "AW,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 2.3 acres having a frontage of approximately 132 fee
on the west side of "I" Street and a frontage of 35 feet on the
east side of "J" Street and being located approximately 217 feet
south of the centerline of Hazel Street, is rezoned from R-1-7200,
Single-Family Residential District to R-3-3000, Multiple-Family
Residential District.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND FORTY-EIGHT, PETITION NO. 84-24.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
I Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
