ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-22, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .83 ACRES
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MARSHALL BOULEVARD AND DEL ROSA
AVENUE) .
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
.83 acres located at the southwest corner of Marshall ,BOulevard
and Del Rosa Avenue, is rezoned from C-3A, Limited General
Commercial District to R-3-2000, Multiple-Family Residential
District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 6, Block 20 of the Orange
Grove Tract as per plat recorded in Book 11 of
Maps, page 14 of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
The east 240 feet and north 195.25 feet of said
lot.

II SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
'ireference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
licode is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
