CIO OF SAN BI!RNARDOo - RI!QUOT FOR COUNCIL AeQON STAFF REPORT The City of San Bernardino Public Works Department proposes to form Assessment District 961 to authorize the sale of bonds to finance the acquisition and installation of off-site improve- ments in Tract Map No. 12034, Parcel Map No. 8120 and adjoining areas within the Tri-City Redevelopment district. Off-site im- provements are proposed to include the construction of a bridge over San Timoteo Creek to allow connection of Hospitality Lane with Waterman Avenue. Proposed Assessment District 961 encompasses that area east of Waterman Avenue, west of Tippecanoe, south of the Santa Ana River and Brier Drive and north of Interstate 10 and Redlands Blvd. within the City of San Bernardino. 75~0264
