Synopsis of Previous Council action:
At the meeting of the Mayor and Common council held on March 7, 1988,
the application for Change of Zone No. 87-14 was heard and approved.
The City Attorney was directed to prepare the necessary amendment
to the Land Use Zoning Ordinance.
Recommended motion:
That further reading of said ordinance be waived and said ordinance
be laid over for final passage.

STAFF REPORT
The attached ordinance was prepared at the direction of the
Mayor and Common Council pursuant to the March 7, 1988
approval of Petition No. 87-14, located on northern terminus
of State Street at the intersection of Kendall and University.
The Mayor and Common Council approved zone change for R-3-3000,
Multiple-Family Residential to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.

BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 87-14, LOCATED AT THE
4 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KENDALL DRIVE AND STATE STREET).

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
located at the southeast corner of Kendall Drive and State
Street, is rezoned from R-3 Multiple-Family Residential to C-l
Neighborhood Commercial:
Lot 1, Tract 12674 as per plat recorded in
Map Book l83, Pages 35, 36 and 37; AND
LOT l, Tract 3177 as per plat recorded in
Map Book 45, Pages 59 and 60. Both lots are
in the City of San Bernardino as shown in the
records of San Bernardino County, California.

16 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
17 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
18 ~oQe, is amenCled to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
