RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND ~~MMOt CO~~IL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DECLARING THAT PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 9139 PROPOSING THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN INHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED ANNEXA'illON DISTRICT
NO. 203 (LAFC No. 504), A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN PRESENTED.

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARD INO:

SECTION ONE: That on the 15th day of April, 1968, the Mayor and
8 Common Council did adopt Resolution No. 9139, by which, pursuant to the
9 provisions of the Annexation Act of 1913, it was proposed to annex certain
10 inhabited territory designated "Annexation District No. 203".

SECTION TWO: That pursuant to Article 2, Section 35116, et seq.
12 of the Government Code, said Resolution did set forth the time and place for
13 the hearing of protests against the annexation of District No. 203, and in
14 accordance therewith the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino did cause
16
15 to be published in the San Bernardino Free Press, Resolution No. 9139.

SECTION THREE: That Monday, the 6th day of May, 1968, at the
18 City Hall in the City of San Bernardino, California, was the time and place
19 designated for hearing objections to the proposed annexation as set forth
20 in Resolution No. 9139.
21 There being no written protests received at the meeting held on
22 the 6th day of May, 1968, the Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
23 hereby find and declare that a majority protest was not presented.
24 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the
