RESOLUTION NO. ~~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY
PURPOSES FROM STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, A DELAWARE COR-
PORATION, FOR A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MARSHALL BOULE-
VARD AND "E" STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
accept an Easement from Standard Oil Company, a Delaware Corpora-
tion, for a portion of the Southeast corner of Marshall Boulevard
and "E" Street, to be used for street and highway purposes, being
that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot I, Tract No. 2287, as per plat
thereof recorded in Book 34 of Maps, Page 10, records
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot I of said
Tract 2287; thence East along the North line of
said lot a distance of 14.97 feet to the beginning
of a reverse tangent curve, concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence South-
westerly along said curve, to the East line of "E"
Street; thence North along said East I ine of "E"
Street a distance of 14.97 feet to the point of
beginning.
And the same is hereby authorized for recording.
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
