BY ,.............J.I..~. 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A CONTRACT TO J. PUTNAM HENCK. A CORPORATIO '" 3 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALTERATIONS TO SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS. CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, PLAN NO. 3729. 1968. 4 RESOLVED. that the bid of J. PUTNAM HENCK, 374 West 40th 5 Street, San Bernardino. California. 92406. for the construction of 6 alterations to sewage pumping stations. City of San Bernardino, in 7 accordance with PIan No. 3729. on file in the Office of the City 8 dministrator, is the lowest and best bid therefore, and that the 9 same be and is hereby accepted and all other bids are hereby rejecte 10 That the contract. a copy of which is attached hereto, 11 marked Exhibit "A" and referred to and made a part hereof as fully, 12 as though set forth at length herein, in acc~rdance with Plan No. 13 3729, be and the same is hereby awarded to J. PUTNAM HENCK. 14 That the Mayor and City Administrator of the City of San 15 Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute in the 16 name of said City of San Bernardino, the contract with J.
