2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYCR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY
3 PURPOSES FROM I. J. GABRIEL, A MARRIED MAN, FOR A PORTION OF
FORTIE'lH STREET, 'tIESI' OF WATERMAN AVENUE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
7 accept an Easement signed by I. J. Gabriel, a married man, and
8 signed by Ruth B. Gabriel, for a portion of Fortieth Street, West
9 of Waterman Avenue, to be used for street and highway purposes,
10 being that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino,
11 County of San Bernardino, state of California, described as
12 follows:
13 The South 1.5 feet of the following described property:

The West 30.00 feet of Lot 16 and the East 45.00 feet
of Lot 17, Block 2, Tract No. 1834 as per plat thereof
recorded in Book 26 of Maps, Page 52, Records of the
County Recorder of said County.
And the same is hereby authorized for recording.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the lfayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
