Home My WebLink About1985-120 San Bernardino 54333-011-1 RESOLUTION NO. 85-120 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-45 DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 961 WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino adopted Resolution No. 85-45 (the "Resolu- tion") determining the unpaid assessments for Assessment District No. 961 in the amount of $13,755,000.00; WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have adopted, on this date, a resolution reducing the assessment for Assessment District No. 961 from $13,755,000.00 to $13,400,000.00 and confirming such assessment as modified; WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have receiv- ed a list (the "List of Unpaid Assessments") of all such modified assessments for such Assessment District, and all will be unpaid and will go to bond; and WHEREAS, as a result of such modification of the assessment for Assessment District No. 961 it is necessary to amend such Resolution No. 85-45. 1 26-CI-JWB-402.20 3-17-85 (edd) San Bernardino 54333-011-1 NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Sections 1 and 2 of the Resolution are hereby amended to read in full as follows: Section 1. That the List of Unpaid Assessments attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference is correct, and that the amount of unpaid assess- ments on the assessment and upon the security for which improvement bonds are to be issued is $13,400,000.00. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall file a certified copy of this Resolution (including Exhibit A) with the Auditor of the County of San Bernardino. Section 2. Exhibit A to the Resolution is hereby deleted and replaced by Exhibit A to this Resolution. Section 3.
