2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING THE REVIEW
APPRAISER'S DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE AND
3 LAND LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MT. VERNON
AVENUE AND VINE STREET, SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AND CERTIFYING
4 THE WORK OF THE APPRAISERS.
5 WHEREAS, City of San Bernardino is contemplating the purchase
6 of a vacated store with attached occupied residence at 739, 743 and
7 743 1/2 Mt. Vernon Avenue in the City of San Bernardino; and
8 WHEREAS, Mr. Joaquin Gallardo, et a1 are the owners of the lot
9 and parcel of real property and vacated store with attached residence
10 situated thereon; and

WHEREAS, the City desires to now purchase the said lot and parcel
of real property and vacated store with attached residence situated
thereon; and
WHEREAS, City has reviewed the appraisers' determination of the
fair market value of the land and vacated store with attached residence
situated thereon and their reports thereon and has specifically re-
viewed and studied the review appraiser's determination of the fair
market value and his report thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City intends to purchase said lot and parcel of
real property and vacated store with attached residence situated
thereon with Community Development funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said lot and parcel of real property and vacated store
with attached residence situated thereon owned by Mr. Joaquin Gallardo,
et a1 in the City of San Bernardino at 739, 743 and 743 1/2 Mt. Vernon
Avenue are described as follows:
All that real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

All that portion of Lot 9, Block 18 of the RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO,
in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book
7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning 182.24 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said Lot 9; thence East 140 feet; thence North 45.56
feet; thence West 140 feet; thence South 45.56 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
is hereby determined, based upon all of the appraisers' reports
submitted herewith, to have a fair market of $38,500, and said amount
is hereby established as the fair market value for said property.
2. The City of San 8ernardino does hereby certify that the work
of the appraisers and the review appraiser with respect to the lot and
parcel of real property and vacated store with attached resident situated
thereon has been performed in a competent manner in accordance with
the applicable State law, the Act, and Department of Housing and
Urban Development policies and requirements.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a~
