RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING THE REVIEW
APPRAISER'S DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE STRUCTURES
AND LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MT. VERNON AVENUE AND
VINE STREET, SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AND CERTIFYING THE WORK OF
THE APPRAISERS.

WHEREAS, City of San Bernardino is contemplating the purchase
of two (2) residences located at 747 Mt. Vernon Avenue and 1287 West
Vine Street in the City of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS. Tadeo G. Perez and Irene R. Perez, husband and wife, are
the owners of the lot and parcel of real property and residences situated
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to now purchase the said lot and parcel of

WHEREAS, City has reviewed the appraisers' determination of the
fair market value of the land and residences situated thereon and
their reports thereon and has specifically reviewed and studied the
review appraiser's determination of the fair market value and his report
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City intends to purchase said lot and parcel of real
property and residences situated thereon with Community Development funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That said lot and parcel of real property and residences
situated thereon, owned by Tadeo G. Perez and Irene R. Perez, husband and
wife in the City of San Bernardino at 747 Mt. Vernon Avenue and 1287 West
Vine Street are described as follows:
All that real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

All that portion of Lot 9, Block 18 of the RANCHO
SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of San Bernardino, as
per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records
of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 227.8 feet North of the South-
west corner of said Lot g; thence East 140 feet to
alley; thence North along West line of said Alley,
45.56 feet to South side of Leonard Avenue (Vine
St.); thence West 140 feet to the East side of
Mt. Vernon Avenue; thence South 45.56 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
is hereby determined, based upon all of the appraisers' reports sub-
mitted herewith, to have a fair market value of $38,500, and said amount
is hereby established as the fair market value for said property.

2. The City of San Bernardino does hereby certify that the work
of the appraisers and the review appraiser with respect to the lot
and parcel of real property and residences situated thereon has been
performed in a competent manner in accordance with the applicable State
law, the Act, and Department of Housing and Urban Development policies
and requirements.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino
