LABOR LA W (a) The provisions requiring specified hourly rate of pay contained in the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as amended are in most instances variously applicable to employees of the contractor and any subcontractors under this senice contract. Generally, such employees must be paid the minimum wages pro..ided for by section 6(a){ I) or (b) of tile J-'air Labor Standards Act of 1938. (b) It'is the policy of the Postal Service that non-exempt contractors receive no less that the Fair labor Standard.. Act minimum .....age for work they perfonn.
