RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION I
NO. 8234 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION . . . ESTABLISHING PARKING
TIME LIMITATIONS UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR ALLEYS, OR
PORTIONS THEREOF . . ."; AND CHANGING THE 2-HOUR PARKING LIMITA-
TION TO A l-HOUR PARKING LIMITATION ON FOURTH STREET BETWEEN "D"
AND "E" STREETS (NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES), "E" STREET BETWEEN COURT
AND FOURTH STREETS (EAST SIDE), AND COURT STREET BETWEEN "D" AND
"E" STREETS (NORTH SIDE) .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION l. Resolution No. 8234 section One Subsection 6(a)

is hereby amended to read as follows:

" (a) Between Arrowhead Avenue and "E" Street, excepting
11
between "D" Street and "E" Street, applicable to the north side
12
only. "

SECTION 2. Resolution No. 8234 Section One Subsection 9(b)

is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(b) Between Mill Street and Seventeenth Street, excepting
16
the east side between Second Street and Fourth Street extended."

SECTION 3. Resolution No. 8234 section One Subsection l6(a)

is hereby amended to read as follows:

" (a) Between Sierra Way and "H" Street, excepting between
20
"D" Street and "E" Street."

SECTION 4. Resolution No. 8234 Section Five Subsection 3(a)

is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(a) Between Second Street and Fourth Street extended,

applicable to the east side only."

SECTION 5. Resolution No. 8234 Section Five is hereby

amended by adding thereto Subsection 4 FOURTH STREET (a) to read

as follows:

SECTION 6. Resolution No. 8234 Section Five is hereby
5 amended by adding thereto Subsection 5 COURT STREET (al to read

applicable to the north side only."
