J' /) - 1 '1 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY OF THE INSTALLATION 3 OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND ORANGE STREET IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, THE COMPATIBILITY 4 OF THE PROJECT WITH THE GREATEST PUBLIC GOOD AND LEAST PRIVATE INJURY, AND THE NECESSITY OF ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR 5 THE PROPOSED PROJECT. 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION l. Setting Hearing. The Mayor and Common Council 9 will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March l7, 1980, at 10 I 1 12:00 p.m., or as soon after that time as the matter can be i i lheard, in the Council Chambers, to hear any affected property owner who has filed a written request to be heard, pursuant 11 12 13 to Code of Civil Procedure Section l245.235, concerning the 14 installation of traffic signals at the intersection of Highland 15 Avenue and Orange Street in the City of San Bernardino, and 16 the acquisition, by eminent domain, of certain interests in 17 real property for the project. 18 SECTION 2. Notice. The City Clerk shall give notice by 19 first class mail or personal service to each person whose prop- 20 erty is to be acquired by eminent domain and whose name and 21 equalized county assessment roll. address appears on the last I The notice shall conform to the requirements of Code of Civil 22 23 Procedure Section 1245.235. 24 SECTION 3. Affected Property.
