Per Article III, Wages, Section 1, Salaries, a two percent (2%) salary increase is effective January 1, 2001, for all members of the Mid-Management Unit. "A Resolution. . , Establishing a Basic Compensation Plan. , , "; by updating information and codifying prior Council actions, BACKGROUND On December 20, 1999, the Mayor and Common Council approved a resolution implementing a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Bernardino and employees in the Mid-Management Unit represented by San Bernardino Public Employees' Association. effective July 1. 1999 through June 30. 2002. Per Article III, Wages, Section 1, Salaries. a two percent (2%) salary increase is effective January 1, 2001, for all members of the unit. This action amends the attached resolution to reflect the two percent (2%) salary increase approved by the Mayor and Common Council, FJNANCIAL IMPACT The cost for the Mid-Management salary increases is approximately $62,400, The amount has been included in the FY 2000-2001 budget.
