THE ACQUISITION 01' A TELEVISION,
VCR AND STAND POR DELMANN HEIGHTS
COMMUNITY CENTER
The acquisition of a television and VCR for Delmann
Heights Center would enable the staff to meet a wider
range of interest for the center patrons. The T. V. would
be used primarily by the seniors who patronize the
facility for the Senior Nutrition Program and other
senior programs. The unit to be selected will be
compatible with a VCR which will allow for the viewing of
informational programs. Educational programs for
children can also be viewed on an occasional basis.
Several of the city's community centers also have
television sets. The T. V. for Delmann Heights was
recommended by the Delmann Heights Center Senior
Committee.
This request has been coordinated with the Council
Office.
