DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS STAFF REPORT Re-roofing of City Hall Plans for re-roofing City Hall have been prepared by Engineering Division personnel, and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of installing a Bondcote roofing membrane system, or approved equal. Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract $ Engineering & Inspection (W.
