Synopsis of Previous Council Action:
04/21/08 The Mayor and Common Council approved the reimbursement and waiver of
development processing, permit and inspection, and development impact fees in the
amounts of $1 0,492 (reimbursement) and $34,773 (waiver) for the establishment of
Norton Space and Aeronautics Academy and directed staff to return on June 2,
2008 with a reimbursement agreement.
06/02/08 The Mayor and Common Council continued the item until August 4, 2008.
08/04/08 The Mayor and Common Council continued the item until December 1, 2008.
Recommended Motion:
That the Mayor and Common Council continue consideration of a reimbursement agreement
until March 16, 2009.
