'- ..... _/ RESOLUTION 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN 8ERNARDINO CONFIRMING THE 1987-88 2 ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 956, LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE,CARNEGIE DRIVE AREA 3 4 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 85-284, the Mayor and Common 5 Council found that the public interest, convenience and 6 necessity required the formation of a landscaping maintenance 7 district; and 8 WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 85-284, the Mayor and 9 Common Council formed an assessment district known as Assessment 10 District No. 956 for the purpose of providing landscaping 11 maintenance in the area of Carnegie Drive pursuant to the 12 provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code; 13 and 14 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 85-198, the Mayor and Common 15 Council declared that all the land included within the boundaries 16 of said district will be benefited by the maintenance of said 17 landscaping; and 18 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 85-198 declared that an 19 annual assessment shall be levied on all land within the district 20 top r 0 v ide fun din g for sa i d 1 and sea pin g m a i n ten a nee and the 21 administration thereof; and 22 WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totalling 23 $63.181.86 whi ch se ts for th the i ndi vi dual a ssessmen ts to be 24 levied on each of the parcels of land within Assessment District 25 No. 956 for the fiscal year 1987-88; 26 27 28 7-21-87 \. ' .....,...- J' I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the t~ayor and Common Counci I do hereby find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 956 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 956 for the fiscal year 1987-88, designated as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. SECTION 2. That the Ci ty Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with the request that the individual assessments be placed on the subject 1987-88 property tax bi 11 s for collection together wi th a 11 other property taxes.
