ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 87-1, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 44TH STREET, APPROXIMATELY 153 FEET EAST OF
SIERRA WAY), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the north side of 44th Street, approximately
11 153 feet east of Sierra Way, is rezoned from R-2, Two-Family
12 Residential District to R-3-l800, Multiple Family Residential

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel No.3 of Parcel Map No. 3771, in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 34 of Parcel Maps, page 71, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
(PETITION NO. 87-1.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
2S review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
26 hereto, marked Exhibit wAw, and incorporated herein by reference,
27 is hereby approved and adopted.
