STAFF REPORT
The Final Map was approved by the Mayor and Common Council July
7, 1980, and recorded August 26, 1980. The reason for the
proposed action is due to change of ownership.
Tract No. 10457 is a 42-lot, single-family, residential sub-
division, and Tract No. 10458 is a 55-lot, single-family,
residential subdivision. The required bonds and certificates
of insurance have been filed with this office, and the
prescribed fees have been paid. Also, the street improvements
and grading plans have been approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A NEW STANDARD FORM AGREEMENT AND IELEASE OF THE
EX ISTING AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE INSTALLED
IN ,TRACT NOS. 10457 AND 10458, LOCATED ON TH!E NORTH SIDE OF
BELMONT AVENUE, EAST OF WALNUT AVENUE AND WEST OF PINE AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECT ION 1. The Mayor and Common Council fi nd tha t
proposed Subdivision Tract Nos. 10457 and 10458, located on the
North side of Belmont Avenue, East of Walnut Avenue and West of
Pine Avenue, together with the provisions for its desig~ and
improvements is consistent with the General Plan of the City of
San Bernardino.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
authorized on behalf of said City to execute the Standard Form
of Agreement, adopted by Resolution No. 84-8, with The Jenel
Company and release the existing agreement with Ponderosa
Homes, for the improvements in said Subdivision Tract as are
required by Title 18, Municipal Code of City and the California
Subdivi sion Map Act. The ti me for performance is specified at
24 months. Said improvements are specifically described and
shown on Drawing Nos. 5642 and 5795 approved and on file in the

SECTION 3.
The Subdivider shall first execute the

agreement referenced in Section 2 hereof for the improvements
within said subdivision. The City Clerk shall certify the
approval and acceptance of the Mayor and Common Council as set
forth in thi s resol uti on.
