The hearing is closed; the costs are found to 17 have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under 18 said Ordinance; and the final statement of costs on file with the 19 City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment in the sum of six hundred ninety one dollars and fifty cents ($691.50) against the property known as 597 Gifford Street, San Bernardino, California, as that portion of Lot 34, Tract 2505, Gi ford and more particularly described Canstock Subdivision, as per plat record in Book 36 of Maps, page 1, records of San Bemardino County. EXCEPTING THEREFB::M the East 66 feet of the South 105 feet thereof.
