Resolution No. 84-447 adopted authorizing execution of Program Supplement No. 38. The contract was awarded for the low bid price of $47,925.00. Change Order No. One directed the Contractor to . replace a side mount signal head connector with a top mount connector, in order to allow the signal head to be properly aimed. Change Order No. One was performed for the agreed lump sum price of $300.00; thereby increasing the nominal contract price to $48,225.00. The actual final contract price is $48,624.20, due to a slightly larger amount of minor concrete being placed than the estimated quantity in the bid documents. We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period. 8-16-89 75.0264
