improvements at the Boys & Girls Club/Delmann Heights using County CDBG

be authorized to amend the FY 2007/08 budget and increase

authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement
between the City of San Bernardino and Boys and Girls Club of San Bernardino
Inc., to operate a community center located at 2969 North Flores Street, San
