A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PIPE LIIIE
LICENSE FROM THE ATCHlSOIl, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPJl.JIY
THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A DRAINAGE CULVERT PIPE UNDER
THEIR TRACIS AT CITRUS STREET AND LOMA AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON roUNCIL OF THE

under, In case Licensee shall fail to restore Licensor's premises as aforesaid within ten (10) days after
the effective date of termination, Licensor may proceed with such work at the expense of Licensee, No

nity or otherwiae, resulting from any acts. omi8lliona or events happening prior to the date the PIPE
LINE ia removed and the right of way and track of Licensor restored as above provided.

whieh the PIPE LINE Ia located. or tbe sale or abandonment by Licenaor of said premises, Licenaor shall
