WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and other laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project No. 979 on the 25th day of August 19 81 , on the real property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property on the 4th day of January , 1982 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter; and the final state- ment of costs on file with the City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment in the sum Of One thousand, one hundred.ninety-three dollars and forty-nine cents ($1,193.49) against the property known as 1037 W. Rialto Avenue, San Bernardino; California and more particularly describedas: Ward & Gill Tract, Lot 5, Block B, Book 15, Page 99. I OWNER: Charles LeBlanc c/o Gretchen Kobs, 25190 - 3rd Street, _ .................... ....... ........._.... __ .............. 2 San Bernardino, California 92410 3 SECTION 2. it said sum is not fully paid to the City 4 Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the 5 passage of this Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a 6 lien on said property pursuant to said Municipal Code and applica-'i 7 ble laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon. 8 SECTION 3.
