I RESOLUTION NO. 82=7
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO IMPOSING A LIEN ON
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
3 FOR THE COSTS OF THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
4 WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its
5 authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and
6 other laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on
7 Project No. 1196 on the 27th day of October
8 19 80 , on the real property hereinafter described; and
9 WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons
10 having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to
11 hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said
12 property on the 4thday of January , 19 82
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
14 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
15 SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to
16 have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under
17 said San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter; and the final state
18 ment of costs on file with the City Clerk is hereby confirmed and
19 adopted as a special assessment in the sum of two hundred twenty -
20 five dollars and ninety-two cents '($225.92)
21 against the property known as 4170 West Meyers -Road, San
22
Bernardino; California
23 and more particularly described as: That portion of Lot 15,
24 Meyers and Barclay Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Book 2
25 of Maps, page 32, records of said County.

SECTION 2. it said sum is not fully paid to the City
Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the
passage of this Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a
lien on said property pursuant to said Municipal Code and applica-
ble laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon.
SECTION 3. In the event said sum is not paid as herein-
above provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to file certi-
fied copies of this Resolution with the Recorder and the Auditor
of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, directing
that said sum be entered as lien charges against said property
as it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected
at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same
penalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes
for the City of San Bernardino are collected.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a regular meeting thereof, held
on the 4th day of January 198.x, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Castaneda, Reilly, Hernandez,
Botts, Hobbs, Strickler
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
