TO ESTABLISH NO PARKING BETWEEN THE HOURS OF TEN P.M. AND SIX A.M. 3 EXCEPT BY PERMIT ZONES ON RESIDENTIAL STREETS LOCATED WITIDN 4 TRACT NUMBER 10260 (ALSO KNOWN AS THE FOOTIDLL VILLAS ESTATES). 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: For the purpose of establishing a Residential Parking Permit Program pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 10.16.180, on residential streets located within the boundaries of Tract No. 10260, Resolution No. 3985, which prohibits parking upon certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section 2-3/4 is amended by adding the following subsections: "(1.5) ACACIA AVENUE (A) Between Aries Lane and 200 feet south of Aries Lane, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m." "(1.6) ACACIA COURT (A) Between 59th Street and the terminus of Acacia Court north of 59th Street, between the hours of I 0:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m." " (1.9) ARIES LANE (A) Between 59th Street (western intersection) and 59th Street (eastern intersection), between the hours of 1 0:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m." "(6.3) FIFTY-NINTH STREET (A) Between Aries Lane (western intersection) and Aries Lane (eastern intersection), between the hours of I 0:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m." 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2008-248 RESOLUTION...AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3985 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION...PROmBITING PARKING UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS, ALLEYS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF..."
