RESOLUTION NO.
86-464
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING THE
AMOUNT OF SCHOOL FACILITIES FEES TO BE PAID TO THE COLTON JOINT
3 UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT WITHIN THE MUTUAL
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY AND THE DISTRICT PENDING FURTHER REVIEW.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Recitals.
7 A. The Mayor and Common Council did determine on November 3,
8 1986, that there is clear and convincing evidence that conditions
9 of overcrowding presently exist within the Colton Joint Unified
10 School District.
11 B. On March 17, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council adopted
12 Resolution No. 86-90 which establishes the procedures for
13 determining the school facilities fee to be paid to the Colton
14 Joint Unified School District for each dwelling unit within the
15 mutual boundaries of the City and the District and Resolution No.
16 86-91 establishes the basis for such fee.
17 C. Colton Joint Unified School District has agreed that the
18 same fees adopted by the Mayor and Common Council for the San
19 Bernardino City Unified School District shall apply to Colton
20 Joint Unified School District.
21 SECTION 2. Establishment of Fees. Pursuant to Resolution
22 NO. 86-91, the school facilities fees to be paid to the Colton
23 Joint Unified School District for each dwelling unit for which
24 payment of such a fee is required within the mutual boundaries of
25 the City and the District pending further review shall be as
26 follows:

$1,353.00
