R6-406 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORI~ING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A DISPOSITION AND JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMONG THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE SAN BERNARDINO COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 said City a Disposition and Joint Development Agreement among the City of San Bernardino, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino and the San Bernardino Community Hospital, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit ala and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth at length.
