BERNARDINE'S HOSPITAL, A CORPORATION, OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHLAND AND VALENCIA AVENUE FOR A TRAFFIC DIRECTIONAL SIGN AND ELECTRICAL CONDUIT. 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a 9 Grant of Easement to St. Bernardine's Hospital, a corporation, 10 for a traffic directional sign and electrical conduit. 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein, is hereby approved. SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino are hereby authorized an4 directed to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
