BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7, SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a I 8 i Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison Company, a 9 corporation, for transmission of electrical energy and appurte- 10 nant facilities. 11 SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to 12 ! herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", 13 14 15 16 17 18 and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein, is hereby approved. SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino are hereby authorized an~.directed to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
