RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 83-241 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION . . . PROVIDING NOTICE
OF THE TIMES, DATES AND PLACES OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE VARIOUS
BOARDS, C01<rnISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES . . ." TO CHANGE THE TIME
THAT THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD MEETS AFTER HEARINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CO~~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 83-241 Section 6 is amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 6. The CIVIL SERVICE BOARD shall meet at three-
thirty p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in
Room 214-1, the Civil Service Board Room, Second Floor, City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. Except, that
on meeting days when noticed hearing(s) are scheduled to start
prior to the regular 3:30 p.m. meeting time, the regular meeting
shall be called to order immediately following the adjournment
of such hearing(s) whether before or after the regular 3:30 p.m.
meeting time."
