HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-322 l 1 RESOLUTION NO. 87-322 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY 3 LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SEVENTH STREET AND WATERMAN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 5 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is 7 hereby authorized and directed to accept on behalf of said City a 8 Quit Claim Deed from the State of California, a copy of which isJ 9 attached hereto marked Exhibit nAn and incorporated by reference 10 herein as fully as though set forth at length, concerning that 11 certain real property in the City of San Bernardino, California 12 more particularly described in said Quit Claim Deed, and 13 generally located at the Northwest corner of Seventh Street and 14 Waterman Avenue. 15 SECTION 2.
