RESOLUTION NO. 87-313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR A SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT SOUTH OF CHRISTINE
STREET, EAST OF PINE AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a Quitclaim Deed
to Willie L. Evans and Reponzel Z. Evans, husband and wife, a sewer and
drainage easement that is no longer needed by the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION TWO: That the said Quitclaim Deed referred to herein, a copy
of whi ch is a ttached hereto, marked Exhi bi t IIAII, and is hereby referred to
and made a part hereof as fully as though set out at length herein, is
hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City
of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 8th

That certain 15.00 foot sewer and drainage easement lying Westerly of the Easterly line
of Lot 23, Tract No. 10600, as per Map recorded in Book 174 of Maps, pages 49 to 51, records
of the County Recorder of said County, the Easterly and Westerly lines of said easement
being lengthened or shortened to terminate on the Northerly line of said lot on the North,
and the Northerly line of that certain 50 foot drainage easement, as dilineated on the Map
of said Tract, on the South.
