DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF SAB BERNARDINO
STAFF REPORT
Recruitment of Downtown Businesses
This item was placed on the agenda at the request of Councilman
Hernandez and involves the potential recruitment of downtown businesses
by RANCON. Mr. Hernandez has expressed his concerns regarding the
Agency's relationship with RANCON as it relates to the Cornerstone
Tower Development and, according to Mr. Hernandez, RANCON's apparent
willingness to target downtown businesses as these efforts relate to
RANCON's Tri-City business developments.
In keeping with the attached memorandum, staff recommends adoption of
the form motion.
