RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF' A GRANT DEED CONVEYING CERTAIN SURPLUS
PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF GLENDENNING WAY, EAST OF VALENCIA
AVENUE, TO RAYMOND K. SAAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of San
Bernardino are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City
a G ran t De e d con ve y i n g c e r t a ins u r p 1 u s pro per t y
located North of Glendenning Way, East of Valencia Avenue, to
Raymond K. Saar, a widower, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit II All and incorporated herein by reference as
fully as though set forth at length.
SECTION 2. The Deed shall be recorded and delivered to
Raymond K. Saar upon payment to the Ci ty of $500.00 as the
total price for the property.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

Northerly parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 3, 113 feet to a point; thence
Easterly parallel to the South line of said Lot 3, a distance of 7 feet to a point;
thence Southerly to a point on said South line of said Lot 3, which point is 7 feet
Easterly from said point of beginning; thence Westerly 7 feet to the point of
beginning, and that portion of Glendenning Way (Twenty-Ninth Street) lying South
