The proposed increase will generate an additional $35,000 in revenue. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The costs to be charged for Endowment Care Grave Spaces by the Cemetery Commission are hereby established as follows: Grave Spaces - Adult $675.00 $450.00 Grave Spaces - Adults - Public Guardian Grave Spaces - Children (2-7 years) $250.00 $115.00 $115.00 Grave Spaces - Infants (under 2 years) Grave Spaces - Cremations SECTION 2. Cemetery operating hours are hereby established as 2 follows: 3 Monday through Friday, except City established Holidays 4 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 5 All interment services on Saturday shall be scheduled so that 6 mourners will be out of the cemetery by 11:30 a.m. 7 A $75.00 cash deposit shall be required in advance for all weekday 8 (Monday through Friday) afternoon and Saturday interments. If the interment 9 service is over and mourners are out of the cemetery by 4:00 p.m. on weekdays 10 or by 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays, the deposit will be refunded. An additional 11 charge of $75.00 per hour will be levied for each hour or fraction thereof 12 after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or after 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays that interment 13 services are not concluded, or mourners are not out of the cemetery. The 14 $75.00 deposit shall apply to that charge. 15 SECTION 4. Property owner transfer fees is hereby established at $25.00. SECTION 9. Resolution No. 90-152 and all subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby repealed. SECTION 10. The Cemetery Commission is hereby authorized to accept a minimum of $500.00 for a complete interment from the Public Administrator's or Public Guardian's Office.
