This petition is the result of requirement by the City for the Developer to establish the district. The assessment will include maintenance of landscaping, energy costs, and administrative costs. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to be assessed for the proposed maintenance. The proposed assessment district is located adjacent to and between two existing landscape maintenance districts (Assessment District No. 975 and Assessment District No. 981). It has been determined that amending the the boundaries of either district to include this tract would increase the assessments within the existing districts, and, if authorization is given, will proceed to establish a separate district. The developer will be required to pay the costs of the proceedings prior to the establishment of the district. 4-06-92 75-0264 ~i~ ..I'LMILL- (ME22\LL) ~"--", , 120 ::'O.OZ Ac. ^~ 0- ~ +,VJ 136 f SAc. ~\ 4-06-92 \0.0\ ~. :>.DO!> Ac. -- o I, 500.1 ill 4 !Ir!f()' ....
