RESOLUTION NO. 88-326
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2482 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION. . DESIGNATING
3 CERTAIN STREET INTERSECTIONS WHERE A STOP IS REQUIRED. . "; AND
AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS ON THIRTIETH STREET AT ITS
4 INTERSECTION WITH "1" STREET.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 2482, which designates
certain street intersections where a stop is required, Section
One, Subsection (28) "1" STREET is amended to read as follows:
(28) For the purpose of stopping traffic entering "1"
Street at its intersection with the following streets:
The off-ramp of Freeway entering "1" Street north of
Mill Street
Grant Street
Spruce Street
Sixth Street
Victoria Street
Seventh Street
Vine Street
Eighth Street
Temple Street
Olive Street
Eleventh Street
Orange Street
All streets between Baseline Street and Edgehill Drive,
inclusive, with the exception of Highland Avenue, Twenty-
Seventh Street, Thirtieth Street, and Marshall Boulevard.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
