At the present time, eight (8) housing projects totaling 902 houaing units are being funded by the Department. Seven (7) of the projects are funded with Twenty-Percent (20X) Set-Aside funds and one (1) is funded with both Twenty-Percent (20X) Set-Aside funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The funding amounts are as follows: Single-Family projects, $2,353,871.50; multi-family projects, $5,845,000; and senior projects, $7,248,851. There are 121 single-family units, 636 multi-family units and 145 senior units. Of these 902 units, there are 253 units at fifty-percent (50%) of the area median income, 249 units at eighty-percent (80%) of the area median income, 65 units at one-hundred percent of the area median income, and 335 units at one-hundred, twenty percent (120%) of the area median income levels.
