CITY OF SAN BERNODINO - REQUEST F~ COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT On February 18, 1991, Resolution No. 91-57 was adopted, ordering the annexation of the territory generally located East of Highway 18, North of 40th Street. This action was a result of the property owner of a single parcel filing for annexation with the Local Agency Formation Commission. As part of the proposed development of the property owner, a certain portion of his parcel was to be conveyed the to San Bernardino County Flood Control, and was not included in the annexation proposal. The property never was conveyed to the Flood Control, and still exists as a single parcel of land. The annexation, as approved, had only taken in a portion of a single parcel. This action corrects the annexation to include the entire parcel of land, and the adoption of the attached resolution is therefore recommended.
