This subdivision adjoins the boundaries of Assessment District No. 953 which is already established for the same purposes and it is the purpose of this action to amend the boundaries of the district by expanding same to include the new Tracts. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed expanded area liable to be assessed for the proposed maintenance.
